For example, instead of using the title Earthquake in Taiwan, you can use a more interesting title like Quake Strikes Taiwan Coast. The description is a short summary of the content on the page. You should keep the description as short as possible. People dont like to read description that has a lot of words. They prefer to skimp through the description so that they can determine which content is useful to them. You should not use promotional words in the title and description. When people realize you post the content for self promotion, they will be reluctant to explore the link.
